A man was shot Sunday in the parking lot of the Denver Museum of Nature and Science, the Denver Police Department confirmed.
The man drove himself to a local hospital, DPD spokesman Kurt Burns said.
There was no information on the extent of the man’s injuries at the scene or an update on the man’s condition since he arrived at the hospital.
The incident occurred shortly before 4:17 p.m. When the DPD announced the incident on social media.
No information was available about other victims or what led up to the shooting.
DPD investigators are working to develop suspicious information, the department said in that social media post.
